Armed men killed dozens of people in attacks on a busy market and surrounding villages in rebel-held territory in Sudan's Darfur region on Thursday and Friday, rebels said.
The joint U.N./African Union (UNAMID) Darfur peacekeeping force told Reuters it had unconfirmed reports that men on horses and camels rode into a market in the settlement of Tabarat on Thursday afternoon and opened fire on the crowd.

Law and order has collapsed since the rebellion began and Darfur has seen a surge in kidnappings, bandit attacks and clashes between rival Arab tribes.

We will see if they consider this folly, when these leaders are thrown into the Hague. The ethnic cleansing and human rights atrosities need to stop here.
